Our Moving Mountains group offers support to people struggling with a range of anxiety disorders. Facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, in this group we will help you to understand your anxiety and how it impacts upon your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and physical feelings. In a safe and nonjudgemental environment and with the support of peers experiencing similar difficulties, we will equip and empower you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to overcome your anxiety and quite literally move the mountains that currently prevent you from living the life you deserve.
